"We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous 5 star hotel in early September 2025
The hotel is situated on a hill with panaromic views over the city of Lyon. On arrival we were given complementary drinks to enjoy the view from the terrace. Our BMW was perfectly parked for us by Quinto.
The hotel receptionist Luna made us feel very welcome and persuaded us to dine in the Hotel’s Michelin Restaurant which was needless to say, enjoyable.

"Das Hotel Le Roosevelt liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtkern und zu Fuss braucht man schon 20 Minuten.
In der Umgebung hat es aber viele Restaurants und Geschäfte.

"The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better...
"Very close to bus ,tram and train station. But the way to hotel is on the back of the station. Famous resturant is next to hotel . Easy to go to the airport by tram , go to Lyon’s Part Dieu station, and take Rhonexpress. "
"It’s a nice modern style hotel in the good location. However the deluxe room had very few furnitures to put our belongings and the design of bathroom was not convenient to use."
"Un hôtel proche de la gare Perrache où la nuit, avec les travaux, il a été difficile de me repérer pour y accéder depuis la gare. Hôtel concept très agréable et confortable. A noter que le mobilier de seconde vie n'est pas toujours pratique. Mais une bonne adresse proche de la gare. Je reviendrai."
