"The room is perfect for solo travelers, probably a bit cramped for multiple people. Very clean, very quiet, and phenomenal air-conditioning. The staff made check-in and check out very easy and fluid. Great location; right next to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, plenty of konbinis, a movie theater and shopping, as well as a garden! Very pleasant stay of you’re in Tokyo."

"The hotel is very pleasant, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Everything is very small and compact, so it's worth noting that large suitcases cannot be left open on the floor, and there is no wardrobe or storage space to unpack clothes for daily use. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. It's not especially close, but the distance is perfectly reasonable. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and there is a kettle with hot water in the room for coffee. I even ordered a few items from Amazon, and the front desk handled the deliveries very openly and helpfully. Overall, we had a very good experience."

"We did not expect this to be a large room but it's quite small compared to other hotels we stayed in this area previously. The bathroom area is very small but functionally good. Hotel provided daily free-of-charge 1 bottled water for each registered occupant, which was convenient for guests. Location is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building #2, where you can take an elevator ride to the Observation Deck on the 45th floor of the building, free of charge, and have a great view of the Tokyo area below, especially at night. Shinjuku Station is also a 12 to 15-minute walk away."

"Amazing staff, location, efficiently designed room. The bed and pillow combo was perfect for great sleep and relaxation after 20,000 steps a day. Also we are in kyoto the next couple of days and will be returning here for our last night in Japan: they kept our big luggage for us in storage! Really amazing stay! We didnt try the restaurant, but it was packed for every meal period: it must be good!"
