Bon rapport qualité-prix. La chambre est très propre. Le frigo est rempli tous les jours gratuitement. Le seul problème est l'insonorisation entre les chambres qui est moyen. Le soir on entendait les voisins parlaient. Le petit déjeuner était bien (buffet où tout est conditionné en part individuelle et sous cellofrais pour le covid) mais identique tous les jours. Certaines personnes du service étaient aimables, d'autres moyen.

Professionally run hotel lovely staff, very clean and everything you need for a delightful stay in Munich. Excellent breakfast and complimentary mini bar was a surprise. And I even got a box of chocolates and card for my birthday nice little touch would recommend and stay here again.

Bella sorpresa!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale gentile e pronto ad aiutare se necessario, pulito, tranquillo. Molte piccole attenzioni molto gradite (dalle ciabatte per il bagno alla bottiglia d'acqua in camera). Colazione abbondante e ragionevolmente varia. Per le prossime soste a Monaco sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, confortável, café da manha excelente porém, as 22 horas a portaria fecha e não fica ninguém recepção. Caso volte depois das 22h e não tenha levado as chaves, tem que andar até o hotel da rua principal para buscar as chaves, voltar para seu hotel e entrar pela Garagem. Caso tenha levado as chaves, ainda assim vai ter que entrar pela garagem.

Hidden gem

Sentrumsnært med god frokost.

Koselig hotell midt i byen. Enkelt å finne hotellet både med offentlig transport og til fots. Superkoselig ansatte resepsjonen som gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne både ved ankomst og avskjed. Gratis minibar med nydelig tysk øl (Augustiner) . Utrolig bra frokost med godt, men begrenset matutvalg, mulighet for å ferskpresse appelsinjuice og mulighet for et glass boblevin. Rett rundt hjørnet var starten på julemarkedgatene hele veien ned til sentrum. Alt i alt et veldig hyggelig opphold som ga oss den gode julestemningen 😊 God Jul til dere som jobber ved hotellet.

Превосходный отель. В Мюнхене третий раз, этот отель оставил о себе самые наилучшие впечатления! Самый лучший завтрак в Европе! Поверьте, я был во многих местах. Персонал мега услужливый! Номер большой! Удобный. Парковка! Не далеко до центра! Теперь только сюда!!!!!

Perfect location and friendly stay in Munich

I love the friendly feel of this hotel. The nice touches such as free minibar and a very nice included breakfast made my stay that much more pleasant. My room was comfortable and well appointed. All the staff I encountered were friendly. The location is perfect - it is a fun neighborhood itself, and an easy walk (less than a minute) to the Sendlinger Tor U-Bahn station, one stop away from Marienplatz city center and one stop away from the main train station.

Superb breakfast. Eggs made to order. Mini fridge items were free. Room was clean. Beds were firm. Pillows and comforter were comfortable. Nice hot shower. No tub. The hotel is walkable you sights but not really as close as would have wanted. It was a pleasant stay. The staff are gracious in every way.

Lovely little hotel in a very central location. 10 minutes walk from Munich Central Station and the main shopping streets. The staff were very friendly. The room was a little small but we asked for twin beds and they were able to accommodate us. But it was quite basic. The breakfast buffet was excellent with an enormous range of hot and cold foods. Very enjoyable indeed. I would definitely use the hotel again but maybe ask for a larger room. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke English.

Marvellous Munich Christmas Market Stay at Muller

This is a lovely hotel tucked away in a side street a short stroll from Sendlinger Tor metro station. We received a fantastic welcome from the receptionist and felt we were old friends (even though this was a first visit!). There is complimentary coffee & pastries plus fruit and sweets on offer in the small reception area. Our room on 2nd floor was easily accessed via the lift or staircase and overlooked the street. It was very comfortable with no outside noise, a clean spacious bathroom with shower, a wardrobe, safe, dressing table,television, double bed and the piece de resistance a COMPLIMENTARY mini bar with beer,cola,apple juice and water which was replenished daily. We were advised this was included in the breakfast cost and although no in room tea/coffee [not really a 'thing' in German hotels] we were very pleased at this 'freebie'. Breakfast was in a light bright room just off reception and was a wonderful sight. A buffet of both hot and cold food - sausages, eggs, plus various breads & rolls, yogurts, jelly with vanilla cream (in lovely glass pots), cereals, home made jams, fruit juices AND sparkling wine,cake and tea or coffee. If you left feeling hungry then you must have missed your chance to fill up before hitting the shopping streets and Christmas Markets. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend to others and would return to in future. From the decor and comfort to the very helpful friendly staff this Carat hotel is a 5 star in my eyes

This is a really nice hotel in an affluent area of Munich. The breakfast room is small so I would recommend getting up early as we were told one morning that we would have to wait in reception until a table became available. Don’t know how long as we decided to get breakfast away from the hotel (9am)
