Rooms are real dirty with filthy bathrooms.
HK does it’s best but more attention is towards terrace which is good but I was asked that I can’t stay after 5pm. Real bad!
It’s the old stained walls with dirty bathroom corners
Not worth the price you pay!
The property is value for money . Reasonably clean, good food (NON-vegetarian food only served in the room). But there wasn’t any hot water the first night . So had to shower with cold water . Landed up with a bad cold . The policies of the hotel are weird , For eg: You cannot have visitors post 8pm, especially of the opposite sex . The staff is courteous, but quite curt too. I requested for a dental kit . It was a used toothbrush which had a residue of the paste (from the previous user I suppose). This was disgusting .
This is no way is to put down the organisation. It is just general feedback . This property is good for professionals who want to crash after a long day of work .
It was the worst experience of a hotel..this is the first time I am disappointed with Expedia..the hotel condition was not good ..staffs were not friendly..I was charged too much..foods were not delivered on time..overall experience was very very bad..it was not worth at all
staff , all, are very nice and helpful. Location of hotel is a bit weird, outside the hotel is very filthy, but, inside is OK. Breakfast room is very small, when the buffet run out of food, there was no refill or very slow, I had only a piece of bread and one fried egg only.
Rooms were very small & very little space to spread out luggage while staying. Also, the hotel location is not good..very hard to find. Please be aware of these facts while booking the hotel. Rest all is ok.
Great Staff! very helpful, reliable and friendly. I was very disappointed with the pool. seems it hadn't been cleaned in months. pool water was already green and slimy...there was no "do not use pool" sign either. rooms are on the small side but well appointed. breakfast is good. mostly Indian menu but you can order eggs any style. the hotel is located on an alley street which is very difficult to find even for taxis.
The manager upgraded us (3 people total) to a bigger room with what looked like king-sized bed when I mentioned that I was surprised at how our room had 2 twin beds. (I made a booking for 3 adults.)
The hotel may look shady when you enter, I feel like a lot of Mumbai looks like this though. Your driver needs to make a left on something called "DB Road," which is more like an alley. It is best to have Google Maps on when you're driving.
I like the hotel's decoration from the inside- I booked it based on the pictures. The service is slow, but good. So if you need your bags down in five minutes, you should call them like an hour in advance and might likely have to go down to nudge them along. This might be because the restaurant is undergoing renovation/, I'm not sure.
I would stay here again, making sure they give me the big room. I have no clue why they chose to furnish their rooms with two twin beds.
I would eat dinner here, but not breakfast (not very good).
