Very nice staff, helpful, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast is good with hot typical Indian breakfast items, omelettes are offered too. The facilities are a little dated but kept up and clean. Also very convenient location in relation to airport, maybe 10 minute ride. Overall a very comfortable stay. I would use again in the future if needed.

Everything was very good. Terrific staff and good room. However I arrived after a nearly 25 hour flight from Toronto Canada at around 4 in the morning Your night staff was less than curtious and helpful with the 'not my job's attitude

Hotel pick-up at the airport was not clear and was not possible to communicate without a cell phone that works in India. Only one person at the front desk who was doing too many things. The room was small and old. The shower is designed to flood the whole bathroom. I liked the room service dinner and breakfast and the staff who provided instruction of the room, though.

Good hotel with value for money

Checked in and they took me to my room. Was supposed to be nonsmoking but clearly it wasn’t or at least at one point it had been smoking. I had to ask them to switch my room. They took me to another floor and let me choose between 2 rooms. Again obviously at some point every room had allowed smoking or been smoked in but I chose the one that smelled the cleanest. Had dinner and afterward decided to shower for early bed time due to early intl flight. Shower drain didn’t drain at all and the water leaked out of the closed shower door into the bathroom where it didn’t drain out of the other drain either, out into the bedroom, and out the door down the hall. I didn’t know until I got out because I wear corrective lenses and didn’t have them on during the shower. Shocked, I called the front desk. They sent someone from housekeeping who called the hotel manager and another housekeeper. As the two housekeepers started cleaning, I apologized to the manager and explained what happened but he insisted on India the guest is treated like the divine and this was his fault as the host. I asked if they could just move me into another room but he ignored me. It turned into commentary on how lucky I am to travel because it’s expensive and Indians can’t travel because they’re very poor, how hard the housekeepers work, etc. When I again tried to explain the drain not working, he said it is a narrow drain - again as if it is my fault their drain didn’t work. It was very rude and surprising.
