The hotel was good overall. The gym and pool were very good. The rooms are fine but lack good work area and storage. The breakfast is good not great, service was very slow on cooked to order items. The worst thing is they gave my checked in suitcase to another guest and we are still trying to recover it. They didn’t check the claim check which is completely unacceptable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Spotlessly clean, amazing food and full buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were supper friendly and helpful. Sultan in the restaurant is an absolute legend. He provided top tier service and tourist recommendations in the city. I can’t believe he is only 21. He is beyond his years in professionalism and maturity level. Room service was also great, cleaning, unlimited bottles of water, easy check in and check out. Great price in the hotel and convenient for me right next to the airport because the traffic in Mumbai is mad!! Thy gym also super clean, modern with plenty for a great workout!

The hotel was beautiful, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by Puja and when checking in by Roshni who made me feel comfortable and even gave a complimentary breakfast! The room was a little small but still really clean and utilised well.
