"@12.05 am on 4-29-2026 at the middle of the nite, fire alarm announcement , everyone got up a rushed to the stairs down, after 15 second the cancelled, my suggestion is if property is not confirmed the fire why should they announce in the middle of the nite, there are all ages of customers staying at the property . they all start coming down through the stairs from level 14th downward. it was very inconvenient for the guests."

"The staff was very polite and helpful. The only issue was the pool water. It was very dirty and cloudy. We felt it was unsafe to use because there was an obvious filtration or chemical issue."

"Our family loved our stay. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the plumbing. When the folks above us ran their shower the pipes made a loud banging noise that made it hard to sleep. "

"The room and property was super cute and clean!! The locks for the doors were not the easiest to work and there was no staff to ask about them. It said there was parking available behind but if you leave once the club in front opens you lose that parking and have to park several blocks away. The club stays open and bumping until about 3-4am and the rooms are essentially part of the club as the yard of the rooms is the club. This makes it very hard to sleep since the rooms are made out of storage containers with not much sound barrier. Perfect place for young club goers to stay but not for those who like to sleep at night. Also, we had people at our front door fighting at about 2am. But like I said to begin with…maybe one of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed."

"The only issue I had with this property, was how to get to the parking garage. We were on the 5th floor, and the only way to get to your car, is by going to the lobby walk to a different elevator to get to the parking garage."
