"Our experience was magnificent. We are a vegan couple and the restaurant staff really went out of their way to satisfy our every need. The welcome, from check-in to the last day of our stay, was the best we had ever received. Big smiles and really good manners. The room was as great. The towels smelled of laundry softener and the room was always very clean. The hotel is beautiful with its enchanting garden of cactus plants of all species and a view of the desert and barren mountains....

"Man muß natürlich wissen, was man da bucht. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Restaurant und Kneipenszene von Corralejo. Man hat kurze Wege zu den Restaurants und Kneipen, wer das so mag, ist hier genau richtig. Ergo dringen entsprechende Geräusche auch Nachts in die Zimmer, die aber bei geschlossenem Fenster zu Ertragen. Das Hotel wurde erst kürzlich komplett renoviert und so ist alles neu und sauber. "Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. The rest of the room and terrace was lovely. There were good options at breakfast. Thank you very much to all staff, I had a great time."

"Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. "Bra läge. Nära matvarubutik och en hel del restauranger. Gångavstånd till corralejo centrum och närmaste strand. Gott om solstolar vid poolen. Badrumsavloppet var det nästan stopp i och dörrhandtaget något trasigt. Inte så illa så vi klagade i receptionen dock vilket ursäktar dem. Ett bra boende för 2-3 personer. Kan komma hit igen!"

"En primer lugar destacar la excelencia del personal tanto en recepción como en el buffet y camareras piso. El único problema destacable ha sido que la habitación no poseía cortinas opacas del todo eran bastante translúcidas con lo cual pues no pude descansar correctamente en un principio aunque gracias al personal de habitaciones , en concreto a la subgovernanta, pusieron otra cortina extra y pude descansar.
