The check-in was quick and smooth. Unfortunately, the hotel unableb to meet our special request that was made nearly a year ago. Also, the cistern in one of the room was not functioning causing water to overflow during check in. The total condition of the rooms seems to be deteriorating even after a supposedly renovation made.

Central hotel with lots of amenities around .shopping mall nearby . Free parking included . Staff friendly and helpful . The only downside is the decor looks tired and could be updated.

Early request a room, for a nearby the elevator, as we are in diffulty in walking. But was ignored. Room given no.7010, fat from the elevator, hence smiley n carpet was dirty. Then the next room 7006 given was fine
Furthermore x2 lights not working /faulty, room abit dark....not recommended for the next visit.

Good area to stay.. shop amd foods.. but the facilities are very run down .. toilet bowl frushing system very poor .. shampoo and body shower cream never change .. no face towel provided.

This is my second time staying here. Property a bit dated. Other than that, overall is ok. The guy at the check-in counter friendly and polite. Location is the best, next to a shopping mall. The hotel is surrounding with restaurants, shops, pharmacy and Mart. Definitely will come back again.

Very dirty, not maintained, no heater, faulty aircond and lights, like living in a aged motel. Very disappointed on such a huge space being killed of for not maintaining it

Central location with lots of eating places around . Supermarket nearby plus quite a lot of shops . The hotel has been refurbished but unfortunately not the bathroom . On the plus side the rooms are spacious . The staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking is free .

Superior room description stated 1 double bed and 2 single bed but was told it’s a OR. What kind of description is that..Requested to upgrade the room but was turned down though there are rooms available, asked for manager’s contact also turned down. Poor customer service.

Property location is very good but the service is very poor.
You can keep ringing the Reception Counter and no one will carry the phone. Then we had to down personally to complain about the room and bathroom conditions.
