"We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt unsafe and not what we paid for. Extremely disappointed "

"Great hotel great amenitise the only issue we didnt get a twin bed for 2 boys teenegers This wasnt ideal! after that the hotel is very nice and very nice breakfast "
