"J'ai vu des mauvais commentaires horribles sur les différentes plateformes et d'autres vraiment élogieux, je pense qu'il faut rétablir un peu la vérité et remettre les choses dans le contexte. Le personnel est très très aimable contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, c'est peut être du au différents niveaux de nuances des différentes langues. Je n'ai que rarement l'occasion d'écrire sur le personnel est aussi aimable ! Et j'en ai fréquenté des hôtels ! Pour le côté négatif : Pas la peine de...

"One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle. "

"Good location at the entrance of a busy and main street of Fort de l'Eau that used to be a very attractive and touristic village. The room is very spacious and clean with a superb front sea view. The front sea is at few steps from the hotel. A plenty of restaurants that serve delicious fresh fish make this area unique. We really enjoyed our short stay in this hotel and I would recommend it for traveling visitors from and to abroad. If offered, a shuttle to and from the international airport...

"Ce commentaire avec bienveillance pour s ameliorer Personnel de l accueil top. Petit soucis avec le service oressing qui a ete reglé. Qualite du lit mediocre, certains dysfonctionnements avec le service de chambre, oubli de serviette, oubli de gel douche. "Le personnel est juste exceptionnel Saddam Hussein est accueillant et jovial. Abdelnour est accueillant et de bon conseil. Brahmin est accueillant et disponible. Abdel Sabr aux petits soins en cuisine bref je suis dans cet hôtel pour cette équipe qui a su nous mettre à l’aise mes filles et moi d’ailleurs nous avons prolongé. Merci à eux."
