"The staff was VERRRYYY helpful and accommodating. Good location, close to both beach and the train station. The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. This is the place I will stay if I visit Nice again."

"Une chambre très mal insonorisée par rapport au reste des chambres et au couloir. On entend clairement les voisins, les portes qui claquent et le service de chambre qui démarre dès 7h du matin ce qui est très incommodant.. La porte de la salle de bains est vitrée et celle ci donne sur une porte fenêtre bien lumineuse sans possibilité d'occulter la lumière. Il est donc impossible de dormir dans une pièce raisonnablement sombre dès qu'il fait jour... Sinon personnel accueillant."

There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only. "Our room overlooked the most beautiful orange tree and garden. It was a small room but very comfortable for two. The best part of our stay was Christopher who was our breakfast chef concierge,and bellman! He went out of his way to give us directions and suggestions. Maison Durante is a lovely boutique hotel."
