"The hotel is a hidden gem in Mérida. Very beautiful architecture. Outstanding interior design. Rooms and amenities perfect for a romantic escape or a relaxing experience. The staff was super friendly and respectful. The breakfast menu had very delicious options. Congratulations!"

"The hotel itself is nice but and the rooms are clean but they need upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. What was really disappointing what the quality of the food. We had dinner at the hotel arrived, and the food was terrible and the prices were outrageous. Not recommended at all the service at the restaurant was also not great considering there was nobody in the restaurant, my son had to go over to get their attention to have a water refill. For the price of the room, you can definitely get a nicer place in Merida with a delicious breakfast included in the price."

"I really wanted to like this place but the place is falling apart. Food was terrible, bedsheets had stains, and the towels should be replaced long time ago. Staff was nice and attentive but everything else falls short of a roach motel."
