"Albergo Sala was a unique experience in the small village of Valbrona. It was quiet and not much to do but that's what we were looking for. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the food was wonderful. The inn is historic and has been in the family for a few hundred years! As it is off the beaten track it is advisable to have a car as public transport is infrequent and challenging and taxi service is quite expensive. Aside from that it was a great place to stay a few days."

Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. "The Lakeview room was beautiful. I would say if you're looking for a larger room, then book the suite option. However, the staff was so amazing. The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Although it was cold the weekend we stayed in Lake Como, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3. Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car. Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. "
