"Sauberes Zimmer, guter Service und gute Lage. Die nächste Metrostation ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen."

"Staff did not clean room once after several requests. "

"The. listing makes it sound like a hotel, it is NOT. You are renting a room in an apartment. They do not provide daily cleaning, no kitchen, shared small refrigerator. We had to wait about one hour 30 minutes for the person in charge of the room we rented to show up. We would not recommend it"

"The location is incredible, right in the heart of the city. The property was very clean, my room was spacious, the 1st bathroom was large, and the cleaning lady was very kind. However, shampoo was not provided. Laundry fees are not clearly disclosed on Expedia: €10 per load for a very small washing machine and €5 for a dryer that barely dries clothes. Communication was poor, with different people contacting guests daily and most being unresponsive. The keys were unreliable, especially the main...

"Great service , great staff shops nearby, clean"

"To a while to meet the host and get in. But was nice room. I had a private bath. Enjoyed it. Easy to get to Grimm metro"

"Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating."

"The hotel is located within a huge upper middle class residential neighborhood on 3 sides and an industrial park on 1 side, but there was never any danger, and we were able to walk to the metro stations and restaurants with ease ...Our room was a corner unit and we had a great views to the neighborhood. This hotel was the largest square footage of any hotel we had stayed at and were able to have a small party with 6 family members with no problems accommodated on the sofa and dining room...

"Property needs significant maintenance"

"Nice room in great location right next to Tribune metro"

"The place was very clean, has everything we needed. Most sites are within a 25-30 min. I appreciated the fact that they let me check into the apt 3 hours early at no additional cost. Great place! I highly recommend it."
