"Wonderful budget stay. Great location. "

"The ambiance is great! However they need more staff during the busiest hours and days the lines are long for a ready made breakfast. I ordered Champagne and strawberries with chocolate and whip cream I waited for over two hours from my scheduled time, I called down to the front desk several times while trying to enjoy our celebration. Very disappointed then magically the phone in our suite stopped working so I had to use my cell phone to call and cancel it. Drinks at both bars were great but be ready to spend. The staff at the restaurant and bar were great! The breakfast was not good however dinner was really nice and the chef came out and greeted us. The suite was lovely and clean, overall the hotel was clean and beautiful. The elevator was chaotic and had a line I want to note this was during Valentines Day weekend and one elevator was out of service so we had one to use to go up. I believe the other was being used for something not sure entirely. The parking garage is within walking distance and the hotel has a discount you can use upon checking out."

"The room was perfect. Location could not be better. Walking distance to almost all Broadway shows, Times Square, and subway stations. Every staff member was kind, respectful and very helpful. We needed a wheelchair rental, and immediately had options from the Reception Staff. And getting a taxi from the hotel took minutes with their help too."
