"We really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen area in the room was great and the staff were very friendly.
The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool was a nice temperature. The walking trails right next to the hotel were very nice and there’s lots of amenities nearby.
We will be back to this hotel the next time we visit Ottawa"

"Easy access to all the main attractions- parliament/senate, close to Gatineau, etc. Safe facilities with good amenities- close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, gym and laundry onsite, stove and full size fridge, dishes, and other small appliances, etc. I just wished there was parking in the actual property. We had to park at the other Sonder property (Rideau). It’s close enough, but it would have been more convenient to have parking on the actual property for convenience of luggage drop...
"It's conveniently located within 10 mins walk to the Canada History Museum, and the Richmond Landing water taxing stop. The facilities is nice and clean. Staff are overal friendly and accommodating especially the chef at the Cafe, and the PM male reception we encountered on the first day. The one star they lost is the cleaning. My young child dropped a piece of icecream on the bedsheet and smugged it - we stay for 3 nights. They didn't change the dirty bedsheet, although they folded the bed and...
"beautiful/clean/spacious room. Pet-friendly but the pet free is a little higher than nomal. Vallet parking is availiable and pretty okay to have my car whenever I need. "
