It is very pet friendly with a fair charge of $ 20.- for both small dogs. The room is large with a large fridge/freezer. We pre-booked and paid but the room was very cold at arrival. The beds were not made - crumpled sheets. Doona and pillow slips need a proper wash. The micro wave is weak - you will need extra time to heat anything.

The overall experience is great considering the price. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The place looks a bit old fashioned but what I love best is the hospitality , feel safe that I can sleep good at night because of the nice neighbourhood. There is a clean and nice swimming pool available and the lake view is amazing!

The owners of the motel are a couple and they are very nice, kind, helpful. The motel is located very well. It is just on the bank of the Lourence river and has beautiful views. It is good option of accommodation between Montreal and quebec City. It is recommended.

We had read prior reviews of the motel before booking it, so we had an idea what to expect. The motel in general, including the room, is rundown, and is in need of a lot of TLC. Quite outdated.It does allow dogs, which is why we chose it. In the Hotels.com website that we booked through, it stated the room had a kitchenette,but we were told, no, the room does not. The neighborhood surrounding the motel is very nice, with lovely, well-kept homes and gardens, so we enjoyed walking the dog around there.

The room was not cleaned for a very long time and it is full of cobwebs, spiders, flies, and more. The floor and tables were covered in dust and the water smelled bad. There were no amenities; no towels, barely any soap, nothing. The bed is creaky and on rolling wheels which causes it to move. The windowsills are full of dead flies and further cobwebs. Everyone that was in the motel all seemed to be crazy. The only good thing is that the owner tried his best and was respectful. Outside View was nice and quiet.

It was a somewhat run down. Once I checked in I went with my sister and granddaughter to the room it was musty, The refrigerator was scratched dirty and honestly appeared to have been picked up as a roadside find. The bath was dirty with urine around the toilet and hair on the floor.
