"Very clean and can walk to the airport with a carry-on. Only complaint was dripping air conditioner and blocked bathtub drain. Very good value for price as we found out spending subsequent nights at the much weaker value F2 further from the airport as the Aerel was sold out. Best part: left a battery pack in the room and got an email from the hotel and it was wrapped and labelled when I picked it up. Honest cleaner!"
"Hotel was great. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Large enough for a studio apartment. Staff was friendly and kind. I had an issue with a dead car battery in underground parking garage while visiting downtown Touloose and manager made arrangement to send a mechanic out to jump start car. Also let me extend checkout time. The only downside to property was it was not within walking distance of downtown area. So plan on using Uber or taxi for touristing."
"Great stay right near the airport. The airport shuttle only operates on the week days though. You have about a 5 minute walk to a shuttle to get to the airport on the weekends."
"Amazing air conditioning which was much needed given the heatwave. Just a one night stop ahead of a morning flight but room was quiet, rooftop bar was a nice place for an evening drink. Kids loved the table tennis. "
"Our rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. As we were there less than 12 hours, I can't say much more, but we have no complaints whatsoever and no reason to believe that we would not have enjoyed the property more (pool, restaurant, etc.) had we stayed longer."
"Super nice staff and very clean facilities - area around was also close to the heart of the city. Parking was a bit expensive at 22.5 euros per night but to be expected given the proximity to the centre-ville. Overall a great stay!"
