Great value accommodation

Value for money, great location with good security, this property gives you a more spacious stay than the usual hotel. It is an older property but the little things are done right, it is very clean, suitably appointed and the breakfast is definitely beyond just continental.

Convenient location midway between train station and downtown, with easy walking distance to both. Very nice staff. Coffee machine with free coffee all day. Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of restaurants nearby with lots of variety in cuisines. Food hall a couple of blocks away. Would happily stay here again.

Nice place in the center of town. The apartments are nice, well provisioned and the staff was excellent. It’s in the center of town and very walkable. If you need parking, you will most likely need to use public parking and it costs 31 euro a day. It’s close and convenient but a bit expensive.

Location is very handy to the central part of Toulouse. Supermarket next door, and Place Wilson a few minutes walk. The room was basic with limited light but ok if you just went a bed, bathroom and simple kitchenette. Only one lot of housekeeping for my stay (6 nights).

When i stay in Toulouse I stay here. Simples. Great location, amazingly helpful staff, close to some amazing restaurants (oh la vache! On Rue de Austerlitz for one). Rooms are fairly basic but always clean and quiet. Good selection of cookwear and utensils in the kitchen if you like to cater for yourself (supermarché a couple of doors down with everything you need). My goto base in the city

This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole. The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven. The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English.

Great location and price

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. The availability of a kitchenette was so good, as it gave loads of flexibility. Room was a spacious, but a little too warm, and the aircon didnt work. My room was facing the courtyard garden, so was much quieter than the front, so was able to have the window open all night. The garden needs some TLC, and rubbish and ashtrays there not emptied on a daily basis. Not a big fan of the plastic grass, either, which looked dirty, and is very bad for the environment.

This property is very dated, worn out and dingy. We booked a non-smoking room but the room stank of cigarette smoke. The main room door didn’t lock properly unless you pulled it closed, making it easy to accidentally leave unlocked, and the internal doors were all awkward to close as well. The design of the apartment was weird, having to walk through the kitchen and bedroom to get from the toilet to the bathroom. On the plus side, it’s right in the middle of everything in Toulouse and the bed was clean and comfortable enough (although I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed/mopped for a while).
