"Arriving at conceirge. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Anything we required throughout our stay was attended to immediately.
The hotel was lovely and clean.
We lived thd fact that hotel was only a short walk to bus stop
Breakfast was extensive and food was lovely and fresh.

"Spa is amazing and can’t believe more isn’t made of it on their website. Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. Really comfy beds. Loved being able to jump into the sea directly from the cliff by the pools of the hotel. Only downside was, I left a couple of items behind and, when I enquired with the hotel a couple of hours after we left, they claimed there was nothing there when it definitely was."

"We really enjoyed our stay and we are so glad we selected this hotel.
We had a corner room with balcony with amazing views of the beach. Lovely and secluded and a nice spot to have a drink in the evening.
Our room was really clean and the staff were friendly.
The air con (much needed in July) was quiet and powerful and the blackout blinds were very effective.
Breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend the chocolate croissants and French toast.

"Few shops near by, the owner was very friendly and attentive, whenever we needed anthing fixing he came and sorted it. He gave us welcome drinks in the first day and gave my nephew an ice lolly on the last day as it was his birthday and also let us stay 30mins extra in the room to use toilets etc after check out.
Quite a few steps to get to the apartment but most of Dubrovnik is like that, just be prepared."

"The apartment was spacious, clean and cool with plenty of facilities to cook for yourself. The tv was great and included Netflix and prime options. The pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and parasols dotted about - perfect after a busy day exploring the town. The old town was about 10 mins away in an Uber, and we never had to wait long to book one. The highlight of this apartment however, is the host Jelena. "It was ok. Location was decent. About 45 min walk from the old town or 14.00 Uber ride. Quite a few restaurants nearby.
Shower pressure was good, had laundry which we needed. Unfortunately not the cleanest. Lots of hair all over the bathroom floor and around any furniture etc."

"Upon booking, I asked a question and it was responded to an under a minute. That was the last good service I received. The check-in was a little awkward as the individual who met me was extremely young. The lockbox for the key did not give you the option to reset the code, and it made me uncomfortable as to how many people might know the code so I kept my key with me.
