I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply. Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit "dusty" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy."
