"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"I booked a room and nowhere in my booking not hotel information did it say my room would be in the basement. I was below ground level option on elevator was -1 ground floor being 0. I asked the clerk for an alternate room and he said none were available. As I prepaid the room was non refundable. As a single woman travelling I didn’t feel fully safe as the lights in the corridor coming off the elevator were off and only turn on with motion sensor. Meaning you exit the elevator into a DARK...

"The hotel was delightful! A great location, it was very clean and beautiful! Had every amenity that we needed. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Very friendly staff and service "

"The staff was very helpful whether it was with directions, baggage check, or transportation to and from the airport. The roof top bar tenders were very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was lack of air flow in the room. However, we were able to open the windows which was helpful."

"Wonderful hotel! everything went smoothly. The lobby area and the room were very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was everything Highly recommend!"

"Great location!"

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and opt to go out and have coffee and croissants. It's very close to Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge area. Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...

There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, including a wonderful boulangerie that I visited almost every day for its delicious croissants! The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful in recommending great places to eat. My only complaint was that the room was extremely cold, even...
