I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. "This was an excellent choice. Spa was cool, breakfast great. Central location in the cave area. My only concern was I contacted them through Expedia and got no response. It says to contact about where to park. They never responded. I figured it out with Chat GTP but Hope hotels would check their Expedia in mail. I would recommend this hotel, just know communication through Expedia isn’t happening. Otherwise great, mattress and bedding could be nice for the price of the hotel. "
