"We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again."

"I had a great time. I daughter enjoyed the water park and she always took part in Some of the resort activities.
Joseph Thomas was a great entertainer we did pool aerobics and went bowling and had lots of fun."

"Mixed stay at Moon Palace Jamaica. By Friday morning, our first room already had issues: cleanliness problems, soiled pillows and drapes, mold on the pillows, not enough towels for three people, a door that wouldn't lock, and a sewer smell each morning by the windows and balcony.
I complained in person Friday morning, then tried text and the resort's app with no luck. After going back to customer service again in person, I still didn't hear back until Sunday, almost the end of our trip. No one...

"Loved the main pool, the lap pool by our room was dirty and not ready for use. The beach was great. Food was really good but very expensive and so were the drinks. Check-in process was very lengthy and our room was delayed by over 1.5 hours. The lock to our room malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room for hours after the delayed check in which made for a very tough first day. The hotel emailed me before my trip to arrange for transportation and to see if we were celebrating any...

"View was great, staff was great, but had water leaking in my room the last two days of stay which cause engineering to come to my room about 10 times while I attempted to sleep. Wasn’t offered any accommodations or refunds for the issues. Left a bad taste right before leaving"
