"Points forts: le personnel, les restaurants, les chambres sont propres et lit confortable. Option (avec coût supplémentaire) d’accéder à la chambre avant 17h et partir à midi Points faibles: L’eau des spa n’est pas nettoyé chaque jour, on voit un membre du personnel qui s’assure que l’eau soit dans la norme avec PH équilibré mais ne nettoie pas. Il y a pleins de brindilles, plants, fleurs et herbes qui flottent. On le voit le soir et ils sont encore là le lendemain. J’y ai résidé en 2023 et rien n’a changé, le bâtiment de l’hôtel a tjrs autant besoin d’être rafraîchi en peinture. Beaucoup de rouille. A besoin d’amour. Au prix que ça coûte aller la, ils pourraient rénover un peu. Ça nous a pris 2 allers retours avant que nous puissions avoir notre accès à la chambre. L’agent a l’accueil nous a dit qu’il nous offre de partir à 13h pour le désagrément (on avait payé pour partir à midi). La journée du départ, les cartes se sont désactivées à 11h. Même en payant il faut qu’on aille leur rappeler qu’on avait une entente."

"Beautiful summer stay with our family. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was modern renovated. Tables fill up quickly for dinner, but food is great. Pool and the grounds were so lovely, the place itself is so unique and very family-friendly."
