"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble.

Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm.
Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar.
Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...
"Wir hatten ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochenende im Resort Collina d’Oro. Die Lage oberhalb von Lugano ist traumhaft – ruhig, mitten im Grünen und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den See.
Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Auch die Restaurantküche ist empfehlenswert – regionale Spezialitäten in hoher Qualität.
