"Communication regarding check-in was good. Tom's barn was as beautiful as in the pictures. Lovely and spacious, very clean throughout. Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis."

Only gripes. 1) Main meal option not available and we were sitting at 715pm so not that late. 2) Being in a room beside the road there was early noise from Bin collections.Could benefit from Double glazing to minimise some traffic noise during the day.Little at night.May be a issue as a listed builsing ? Overall minor gripes."
