"The hot tub outside was far too hot. My skin reacted to the heat and chemicals and legs were red for several hours after trying to cool down. The cold plunge pool was cold and very old it needs to be seriously cleaned or replaced. "

"The hotel had great staff and good service. We booked a room for a family of 6 and although it technically slept six, it was very tight with the murphy bed down. The pull-out couch was in very rough condition, and not comfortable at all. The kitchenette was only designed for 4 people and several items were missing like a bowl and mugs etc. So we had to make do as we brought several meals for 6 people.
