Christophe warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our thoughtfully prepared room, which included phone chargers and cold drinking water. "We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. "This was an excellent, budget friendly hotel with easy access to the abbey. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night.
