"Depending on who you talk to - staff would be very helpful, or not particularly helpful. Room quality and size is a hit and miss. If you have the right room, you will have wonderful views. Restaurant staff very helpful. Food average, with prices OK for food. Overall - the property is woefully overpriced for what it returns. Caters mostly to American and British customer."

"Everything was good and we had no issues. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. Location was fantastic. My only comment I have is about the shower in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom with everything you need except as in the European way there is no shower on the wall just a handheld shower head by the beautiful tub. Even a half enclosure. But for North Americans a bit of a challenge. You have to sit in the tub to used the shower head. Otherwise great."

"This hotel is a low-key hotel. Not ‘posh’ but great value for its price. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. They offered us information about the sites/directions/travel methods. The room was really nice, big fluffy towels (1 each) and hand towels. The amenities were Rituals and well stocked. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. The restaurant is also reasonably priced with decent selection of dishes. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"Petit déjeuner copieux mais machines à boissons chaudes souvent en panne. Commerces à proximité mais centre ville pas proche si on n'est pas en grande forme physique. Peu de place pour se garer en ville. Pas beaucoup d'activités à part le billard. Piscine extérieure mais aucun bain à remous. Pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans les chambres, juste un petit frigo, c'est déjà ça. Ménage pas bien fait, lits mal faits étalement mais personnel gentil. "

El desayuno exquisito, con detalles propios de la zona como la torta de queso que resulta un premio al paladar. Alrededores de campiña rural con jardinería de clase. Realmente un paraíso!"
