Mas Ses Vinyes was an incredible hotel, we went as a group of 4 girls. The hotel is located well, and quite close to a lot of places, like restaurants, beaches, golf clubs, and smaller villages with ceramics. Well located for driving to a bunch of different places located on Costa Brava. Would return.

Beautiful property and surroundings. Excellent restaurant and staff. Very relaxed place. However room was not as advertised. Masia Bosque is described as having a private hot-tub. It does not. The alloted room was not one that was in the pictures offered when booking. Booking was made with Expedia so I am not sure who is at fault.

Había graves errores en el tipo de habitación a reservar y la realidad. Finalmente el último día lo subsanaron por poner una reclamación en Expedia. El spa si no reservas con meses de antelación y que además es DE PAGO aunque no lo aclaren, no puedes acceder. En 10 días de alojamiento apenas pudimos usarlo una vez y media por ser insistentes reclamando que he reservado un hotel de tales características para usar sus instalaciones sino me habría ido a otro. En cuanto al resto de personal de masajes limpieza y hostelería un 10. Hay detalles de mantenimiento que se pueden mejorar. La zona es para disfrutar si o si con coche.

El primero en fallar, hoteles.com por poner en su web fotografías que no se corresponden a la habitación reservada, me puse en contacto con hoteles.com y no me sirvió para nada, o sea, que solo sirven para lo bueno, en lo malo no esperéis ayuda. El complejo está formado por la masía, con habitaciones que justean para el precio y la zona nueva en la que estuve el año pasado y que son modernas y están muy bien. En las intalaciones hay aparcamiento, cosa que se agradece y cuenta con una piscina con bonitas vistas, el sitio es tranquilo, a excepción de los vecinos de la finca contigua, que tienen niños y como es normal disfrutan en su piscina. Al llegar a la habitación, la decepción, un baño muy justito, nada que ver con la anunciada bañera hidromasaje privada de la página web, como veis. La cama debe ser de 1,35x1,90 ya que yo con 1,81 llegaba justo de punta a punta, en fin, como ya he dicho, mismo lugar, diferentes experiencias según lo reservado, pero para ser mes de septiembre a una media de 111 eur por noche, no hubiese elegido esta opción. Por cierto, después de pedir por dos ocasiones toallas de piscina en la recepción y decirnos que nos las dejarían en la habitación, aún las estamos esperando. Lo último, el desayuno bien, depende de lo exigente que seas, zumos tipo granini en jarra (3 opciones) diferentes tipos de pan, alguna variedad de bolleria, jamón el dulce, pavo, jamón serrano, queso, huevos, cereales.... máquina de cafe, ya digo, según la exigencia de cada uno.

Bien pero mejorable.

Bien en general, aunque algunos detalles faltaron para un 4 estrellas al precio que pagamos la habitación (culpa nuestra por reservar tarde). Habitación bajo techo y al entrar, cuando llegamos, un calor insoportable (se les debería haber ocurrido dejar en marcha el aire acondicionado). Desayuno bastante bien, pero poco servicio, aunque la señorita que atendía fue muy amable y simpática. Relación calidad precio desajustada en nuestro caso. Probablemente las habitaciones nuevas sean bastante mejores.

Ensemble mitigé

Dans l’ensemble plutôt déçu de cet hôtel 4 étoiles. À l’arrivée nous indiquons au réceptionniste que notre espagnol n’est pas très bon, il ne fait aucun effort pour parler plus lentement. Les chambres sont certes spacieuses mais glaciales, dans tous les sens du terme. Chauffage éteint fin février, nous arrivons dans une chambre au carrelage gelé (17 degré dans la salle de bain et la chambre), et le chauffage est à nouveau éteint après le passage de la femme de ménage. Aucune décoration, un lit avec 2 tables de nuit trônent seuls dans la chambre. Pas même un tableau pour égayer les murs blancs. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, bouchons d’oreille obligatoires. La salle de bain manque d’entretien, les portes serviettes sont cassés, les joints noirs ou manquant, la robinetterie pleine de calcaire. La vue depuis la terrasse donne sur le couloir du bâtiment voisin, et sur les mauvaises herbes du talus. Point positif pour le personnel du restaurant très sympathique. Mais le choix pour le petit déjeuner est plutôt limité. Le restaurant est plutôt bon dans l’ensemble. Les plats étaient raffinés et très bon mais les desserts beaucoup moins. Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est plutôt joli, avec de beaux jardins et terrasse mais ça ne vaut pas 4 étoiles.

Precio demasiado elevado para lo que ofrece, habitaciones antiguas y con muchos desperfectos. Nos esperábamos mucho más. El acceso a la recepción no esta señalizado, y se accede junto donde se encuentra el restaurante en el cual hay mucha gente, resulta incomodo. El ruido del restaurante en las habitaciones también se escucha. La piscina bastante descuidada también, estaba sucia tenia una especie de mancha marrón en su interior de origen dudoso. Por el precio debería de estar todo más cuidado.

Très bon hôtel a 5 mn de Bégur, très calme, avec une belle vue. La chambre est grande, le Lit très confortable, le personnel a l'écoute. Le restaurant est très très bon. Seul petit reproche, les coussins sont trop mous.
