"Great welcome even though we were early, rooms not ready but not a problem. Asked for certain rooms but unfortunately they couldn’t offer those as they weren’t triples. No breakfast as we were off before it was served. Staff were very friendly. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms"

"Beautiful Chateau. Loverly quaint boutique hotel. It’s just lacking organisation in front of house bar / restaurant service. The food menu is very limited so if you are staying for more than a couple of nights it gets a little tired. Also inconsistency based on chef sometimes the food is amazing and other days it’s average. The Thursday night special restaurant we were excited for was a real disappointment. But again it’s a beautiful place and we greatly enjoyed our stay. "

When asked it was informed that only 4 star and above hotels will have a kettle in the room. Paying around 70 Euros per day for a room and not having a kettle is very disappointing. This will be very hard for guests during the cold days. If it is about the cost, then please charge an extra cost and provide a kettle service for the guest who...
