"We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to...

"We only stayed for one night before leaving Lisbon. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. Be aware, if you wish to open the window, the hotel is on the flight path and planes roll over every 3-5 minutes. Staff were friendly. "

"Emilia was super friendly and helpful. She was a great communicator and waited for me upon arrival. The reason I gave this guest house a poor overview review was due to the terrible noise. There is extremely poor sound control and you can hear every drop of a pin from the room in the hallway which makes it impossible to get a decent nights sleep. So if you are one of those that sleeps like a log, it’s great and no complaints but otherwise I would not recommend it. "

"Let’s begin with Amadora area, it’s safe and beautiful area where Ibis Alfragide is located. We never once felt unsafe despite what people say. Squeaky clean compact room, hard working, helpful and kind staff. Breakfast everyday was excellent. And their coffee absolutely Starbucks delicious! It’s a very budget friendly hotel. We found a parking spot everyday in front of the building free of charge, how cool was that for a budget vacay? From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for a wonderful...

"The room was nice, basic, clean. I would be nice if they had some kind of folder to explain how the lights work and the TV and the AC. No restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was OK but didn't open until late. Not very centrally located. Had to take a taxi everywhere."
