Unfreundliches und wenig hilfsbereites Personal, was so nur auf eine der jungen Damen an der Rezeption zutrifft, die stets alles abgelehnt und abgewehrt hat sowie falsche Aussagen getroffen hatte, die unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflussten. Wir würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen."

"Me gustó que el personal es accesible y atento.. Además, tienen horario de 11 pm a 10 am es silencio para descansar. No se puede comer en las habitaciones, no drogas y no alcohol. Todo muyorganizafo y seguro. Reglas claras y fáciles de seguir."

"The hotel was under renovation and the entrance and lobby were really in a bad shape! The rooms supposedly renovated were not comparable to same level hotels. The bedding was clean at least. "

"You get what you pay for or less. Staff was not helpful at all , they just limited themselves to give you very dry a yes or no answers no input or feedback on them. Do not include breakfast in your reservation, everyday the same thing, no variety and it was no good. The room was outdated, the ac was barely cool; can’t imagine in the summers how bad it would be? The carpet under and around the bed was dirty. Overall I would never make a reservation again at this horrendous place and much less...

"Outstanding!!! A great find, and luxury stay for a weekend break in Lisbon. A small, boutique hotel in a former palace. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went over and beyond to help. Breakfast - a small but tasty and perfect selection (cereal, bread & pastries, fruit and eggs).
