"Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand. Die Zahnputzbecher waren total dreckig, die Duschamatur sichtbar grünlich keimig am Rand, die Halterung für das Duschzeug total verrostet. Das Zimmer hat keinen Kühlschrank und wird sehr warm, trotz offenem Fenster. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Fahrstuhl. Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch und schmeckt; es ist jeden Tag gleich."

"Spotless hotel in a perfect location right by the Firth of Tay. Broughty Ferry (suburb of Dundee) is a super walkable town with great charm, and having the train station just a short stroll away was extremely convenient. The haggis served at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the morning. Above all, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We stayed there in mid-July."

"We went as a group of 3 couples. Upon arrival we were made more than welcome. Every single member of staff where so friendly. Our rooms where spotlessly clean, and got cleaned every day with fresh towels each day. The breakfasts where spot on, there was something there for evey dietary requirements. "Stunning room and lots of amenities for the price. Staff at reception very friendly. Good location, parking a bit expensive at 15 a night though and the car park next door is cheaper. Only complaint was when on the second day we requested vegetarian sausages, these did not come and when we asked about them we were told by a staff member that they dont know where they are or if they will come after 40 mins and to try again tomorrow. "The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. She greeted us as we arrived and made sure we knew everything about the place and gave us help to find anything else in the city. The room was quite spacious and had an actual King size bed.
