"Spotless hotel in a perfect location right by the Firth of Tay. Broughty Ferry (suburb of Dundee) is a super walkable town with great charm, and having the train station just a short stroll away was extremely convenient. The haggis served at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the morning. Above all, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We stayed there in mid-July."

"We went as a group of 3 couples. Upon arrival we were made more than welcome. Every single member of staff where so friendly. Our rooms where spotlessly clean, and got cleaned every day with fresh towels each day. The breakfasts where spot on, there was something there for evey dietary requirements.
