"Property is very quiet and in a location that is a five minute walk to the main strip of restaurants, cafes, bars etc The property is only 20 mins from the airport by taxi and is associated with a beach bar a couple of mins walk away that you go to for breakfast and use of the beach and pool. All the facilities are excellent and clean and fresh. Check in was easy and any questions we had were dealt with confidently by staff."

"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. Really recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed one night and it was perfect!! Staff were helpful and only 15 min walk from the main areas which was great. We didn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle where it was loud. "Overall, it’s a pretty great hotel, but it’s not worth the price point. Pros: - clean room and shared spaces - very warm staff, super helpful and great service - good breakfast selection - welcome drink and traditional beverage provided - in room amenities (hair dryer, iron, tv with many international channels) are great Cons: - for a newly built hotel there were some small issues that you wouldn’t expect. For example the bathroom door in our unit wouldn’t easily close without a very firm push. - there is a club/restaurant across the street and they were playing very loud music and singing until 3:30 AM and even with the windows closed it could be heard. We were told that the hotel will be undergoing some renovations to help with this soon so hopefully it will be fixed. - location is close to the water and some beaches but a little further from the city centre where most of the shops and restaurants are. We found it difficult to get taxis to the hotel so we walked around 20-30 mins which might pose a challenge if you have mobility issues."
