The property is gorgeous. Our room was small with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly.

What a beautiful hotel! The only problem we encountered that the rooms were not cleaned daily. The host and the people at the front desk were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The details were wonderful!

Menton secret!
We really loved Villa Genesis, extremely welcoming, staff had excellent English and very helpful. Right next to beach. The pool is fabulous and there are great local shops and restaurants about 150 meters away on the corner. Best bread and pastries we had in France!! Pizza awesome too. Would definitely recommend. We stayed 5 nights.

An exquisite boutique hotel and a very good price/value equation. Beautiful and very high quality fittings in a newly renovation small hotel, with extremely professional but friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating personnel. A wonderful location, a few minutes walk to the centre of Menton, and so peaceful and very quiet at night. Secure, private parking, at a price, and a lovely swimming pool. Delicious and varied breakfast in a beautifully appointed salon. We understand the next evolution in the Hotel is to include an upscale restaurant and we look forward to coming back. The hotel made our few days in Menton memorable.

Extremely high quality refurbishment, lovely rooms and attentive staff. The only mark down in my rating was that the restaurant is still under development. My wife and I look foward to next year and will bring back the whole family and feel sure the food will be of the same high standard.

The hotel is fantastic. It has only been opened for a month so far and the service is absolutely perfect. The staff is really helpful and is always willing to answer any queries. The pool area is blissfully calm and beautifully oriented in the sun. I absolutely recommend this stay.

Overpriced and disfunctional airco
Overpriced hotel. Airco doesn’t work in rooms, as it is managed centrally. Average room temperature of 26 degrees, which is normal according to receptionist. Becarefull not to complain, cause you will end up in big discussions with lots of unfair and unsubstantiated arguments. Regarding the location, it’s quite a hike towards the city center of menton.

Please allow us to clarify that during your stay with the substantial decrease in temperature during the night and guests feeling rather cold, we were obliged to switch the central system to heating mode. As common in France and in majority of hotels, the air conditioning system is central which allows us to monitor our equipments, track any malfunction and turn off the systems when needed. Having said that during your stay we addressed your concerns and rectified the situation right away by offering a free upgrade to a deluxe room which has a separate air conditioning unit, a bottle of champagne and even offered to keep your original room so you don’t need to bother and move your personal belongings which you kindly accepted. Yet if the above measures were not enough, please do accept our sincere apologies and we would be honored and happy to welcome you again in our hotel where we will ensure you have the most pleasant stay ! Ein tolles kleines Hotel. Man ist schnell am Strand, fußläufig in die Altstadt von Menton mit vielen kleinen Gassen, Restaurants und Geschäften. Super ist ebenfalls der Pool und die Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war ausreichend große, modern und elegant eingerichtet. Ideal gelegen für einen Monte-Carlo Besuch. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Dankeschön A great little hotel. You can quickly walk on the beach, walk to the old town of Menton with many small alleys, restaurants and shops. The pool and parking are also superb. The staff is friendly and helpful at any time! The room was sufficiently large, modern and elegantly furnished. Ideally located for a Monte-Carlo visit. I would definitely book the hotel again! We had a great stay! Thank you

Viel Geld für wenig Raum!
Eigentlich ein kleines feines Hotel. Leider sind die Badezimmer so klein dass sie beinahe nicht zumutbar sind. Wir haben ein Deluxe Room mit 22qm gebucht. Das Badezimmer inclusive WC war so klein dass 2 Personen gleichzeitig nicht Platz haben. Unmöglich die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Kein Platz für größere Toilette Tasche. Haben uns ein Standard DZ angesehen, dass hatte ein etwas größeres Badezimmer, von der Größe des Zimmers hätten wir keinen Unterschied bemerkt außer das es um 300€ weniger gekostet hätte. Wir konnten in ein anderes Zimmer Deluxe wechseln mit einem etwas größeren Badezimmer. (738€) Wir hätten auch das Standardzimmer genommen aber das hat man uns nicht ermöglicht. Auf das Frühstück für 20€ p.P. haben wir verzichtet.Der Parkplatz ist extra zu bezahlen. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass max. 3 Zimmer belegt waren! 4.-6.Februar. Zimmer und Badezimmer viel zu klein für diesen Preis!!!

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, le responsable est très gentil et son personnel aussi , l hôtel et la chambre était neuf et propre. les fenêtres ne laissent pas passer de bruit, et la climat n'est pas bruyante. Le petit déjeuner était correct, même avec du jus d'orange pressé. Eventuellement, du fromage et du jambon, auraient été un plus. Bref, nous y retournerons

Allt var underbart. Wow räcker knappt för att beskriva Villa Genesis! Det känns som att komma tillbaka till tidigt 1900-tal när de rika och berömda semestrade i Menton! Hotellet är nyrenoverat och i toppskick! När vi borde där hade de inte öppnat fullt ut så de hade litet hantverkare kvar på området vilket personalen bad om ursäkt för redan vid incheckning, men det var inget som störde oss. Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad, väskorna bars från vår bil, till rummet och tillbaka vid incheckning. Poolen är lagom och poolhanddukar ingår. Bo här! Det är värt det!

Nyoppusset hotell med alle fasiliteter. Litt langt unna private strender/beach club om man ønsker seg det, men i gåavstand. Strand rett nedenfor hotellet. Ypperlig service og veldig vennlig ansatte. Anbefales!!
