"I have nothing but good things to say about this place— first, my room was spotless. Second, the staff was amazing Miss Jasett, Miss Bernice, Miss Marva… and I am sure I am missing a few but they treated me like family. The staff that helped with my bags, came to turn down my bed or simply gave me extra water… loved them all! The driver that took me to the airport - Lancelot, he is so funny- we had the best ride down the mountain. And of course, the views… who doesn’t know about the views?!...

"Starlight Chalet is a very nice, well maintained classic building with beautiful landscaping. The view is wonderful, especially from upstairs and from the gazebo. The food was very good (but perhaps a bit expensive). The beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean and well-maintained. There is no AC, but the temperature at 3500' was much cooler than in the adjacent lowlands so AC was not essential. We went on several birding excursions and found lots of good birds. If you go,...

"I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Also be aware if you get food from Gloria's est the food onsite you will be charged if you being the food back to the property. The staff is very nice and accommodating!"

"The owners were so kind and helpful. This is THE hidden treasure of Kingston. Bob Marley beach is walking distance and the rooftop patio was breathtaking. The AC in the rooms was perfect to cool off after a hot day. This hotel also has a bar and the pool is cute and deep enough for the kids to jump in. The rooms are very traditional Jamaican style/decor and VERY clean. The wifi was strong and overall this was a fabulous likkle spot. Mi soon come back"

"The accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff provided clear, detailed instructions, making the check-in process smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, soft pillows, and fresh-smelling linen, which made the stay feel very welcoming. One small suggestion would be to have complimentary coffee or tea readily available, though I was informed that this could have been provided had I reached out. "My main issue is about the cleanliness of the room. Grunge and dirt around faucets, unsightly dirty grout in the shower PLUS obvious dust in the grooves of the bed's headboard... Housekeeping is clearly not the best. I have the photos to prove this. I have stayed there before and did not experience this; hence my disappointment. Otherwise, Terra Nova is one of the best properties for a great breakfast, brunch etc. Great food..."

"The staff were not friendly nor helpful. We unloaded all our own luggage and were given a trolley. The drive to the hotel was under repair. We parked in what can only be described as a pasture next to the hotel. Sort of like visiting a county fair in Kentucky. If you approached any staff member they seemed annoyed. Like why are you bothering me and asking me a question. Zero help on where to go for dinner. The lounge and bar area were filled with locals that spent hours taking...

"When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks."

"I live the S Hotel. The theme - 70s Jamaica and reggae - remind me of my childhood. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant on property is excellent, and the reason I keep coming back - the amazing Jamaica breakfast buffet. Plus the location is perfect for being able to conduct business."
