"Great hotel and location "

"Gutes bis sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit tollem Frühstück. Kleine Downsides: - Leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert, so dass es nachts trotz der an sich ruhigen Lage teilweise recht laut war (Autos auf Kopfsteinpflasterstraße, Polizeisirene) - Der Fön war defekt. Tiefgarage vorab über My Way gebucht: Problemlose Ein- und Ausfahrt per Nummernschilderkennung."

"I booked two Executive rooms for me and my family, The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish, the rest of the hotel are also very nice. It's the amenities that may be an issue. Beware of this scam! They have this umbrella rental machine by the door for $3 euro for 2 days which I rented one. It says, just put it back within 48 hours for return. "Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout "

"Excellent location, clean room, very helpful staff. Very glad we stayed here for our two nights in Brussels"

"This is a beautiful, understated, hotel with great old world character. Very quiet."

"property was nice good for a short stay"

"空港まで徒歩30秒。ホテルで朝食を摂ってから、8時のフライトに余裕を持って間に合いました。部屋は広くて清潔。とても良かったです。"

"Très belle chambre, grande, agréable. Literie ai top! Équipement parfait!"

"Clean room, good breakfast. Satisfied"

"Prima hotel in het centrum met parkeergarage."

"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...
