"Nice and clean upscale hotel, great staff, very nice breakfast. Little too far away from the historical sites!"

"High class hospitality! This property was BEAUTIFUL, and the best service staff I’ve ever experienced. The amenities such as the morning breakfast with a view were a highlight to our trip. We also came while they had a free shuttle which was so helpful for getting into the city and back. The room was nice & clean. My only complaint was our room was very close to the road and the noise from traffic at night and early in the morning really affected our sleep. I would stay here again but perhaps...

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"An Exceptional Stay — Truly a Five-Star Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Starhotels Tuscany in Florence, Italy! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out. The hotel itself is absolutely...

"Perfect Place for 1 night. Closed to the airport."

"Most of experience of hotel was great but one of staff was not helpful. He gave me a room which is very far away from the lobby so I need to take 2 times elevator and steps some stairs. Was super isolated room. It was not easy to go back to the room after dinner, many times lost 😂 But I complained the room location and then a nice lady gave me another room which was much better and convenient ."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Baglioni in Florence during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The honeymoon upgrade was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we were incredibly grateful for the care and attention that went into making our stay memorable. Every detail was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, and their...

"The property was lovely. A former 15th(?) century monastery located on a hilltop overlooking parts of Florence. Surrounded by olive and fruit trees, and gardens. It's past the Roman gate, about a 30 euro cab ride from the center of town. Though they didn't tell us until we asked, there's a shuttle that will take you down the hill to the Roman Gate where taxis and busses can be found. We arrived just after the hotel restaurant had closed for the afternoon by a minute. They were kind/professional...

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"The location is very well near or walking distance of many sites (restaurant, stores)"
