"I have been going to the AVi for over 20 years this weekend I made my last trip this place was terrible the staff the amenities were all closed and not available not even a cart to unload my luggage .i made a reservation threw you and was told you were not authorized to sell that room to me I will not use you nor will I stay at this hotel again Done !!!"

"This is our favorite place to stay in Laughlin. Good location for my wife and I. The food is good and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the back tower was closed due to flooding. It needs a good cleaning and updating but in the meantime we will just enjoy it."

"I was welcome by the staff and the check in was smooth the only think it’s the room I got it’s all the way on the back so I can heard the train and trucks but it’s ok for me."

"Room was clean not bad at all , got cold and used heater and set off fire alarm...... then room smelt like burnt toast, 😒 pool was closed, ice machines broke and no working vending machines lol ...... but the room wasn't actually that bad 🤔"

"Nice"

"Chambre propre literie correcte, salle de bain propre . Parfait pour une nuit lors d’un road strips sur la route 66 Parking devant la chambre"

"118 outside and the pool was closed"

"I rented a room out for one night 3 days ahead when I go in there the people in the front tell me they don’t even work there and the system is down and no one can help I waited for 2.5 hrs in there lobby while still no one who actually worked there came to help I payed $68.70 ahead of time and I would like my money back for not getting my room due to the issues they were having."

"First of all there was NO staff at all. We couldn’t even check-in ! We looked around NOT A SINGLE PERSON. The lobby was disgustingly empty there were bags of dirty laundry and possibly garbage thrown around the the lobby as if they had just gotten fed up with the place. We need talk about getting a total REFUND ,,,! I thought Expedia would have a better way of checking these motels. A very sour experience!"

"The room was horrible, there was a toothpick on the floor, the carpet was dirty and stained, the towels in the restroom were grey not white, the restroom door had two holes (looked like someone punched it) one of the holes looked like they tried to fix it but did a terrible job. Overall I was not happy with the room at all but unfortunately all the hotels in town were sold out so we had to stay there. I’m sorry but this hotel it’s very old and needs a lot of upgrades It was not worth the $198...
