Lovely hotel, the breakfast and dinner were wonderful experiences. Large rooms with seaview. Onsens both inside and outside. We had a rental car and travelled around. We also visited Kagoshima by train. We also enjoyed the shochu buffet at the hotel.

Very nice onsen ryokan with a private bath. The staff was super friendly and service minded, the food was really good, and everything was very clean and in good condition. Highly recommended! Well worth the money!

Onsen was very good. The dinner was what you expect in a Ryokan (excellent). Breakfast was great but the same for all 3 days. Not many coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and Japanese style. Fresh yukata every day. We would come back again if we came this way.

Great onsen (hot spring) ryokan (traditional Japanese style hotel) but not much around. They run some ride service, but you should be prepared to use the taxi, rental car, or bicycle to go anywhere. If you like quiet, it sure is. Hot bath was not too hot, dinner (need reservation) and breakfast was both authentic traditional local Japanese food and was amazing.

月1回ペースで旅行や出張で宿泊をしていますが、朝ごはんがどこと比べても美味しくなかったです。 朝のお風呂が寒くてお湯の出方もいまいちでした。 良かった点は、部屋のトイレが最近の新しいホテルと違って、壁に近過ぎずゆったりして良かった点と、地元のお茶のロビーや脱衣所でのサービスです。スタッフも親切でした。 値段が安ければ3ですが、まあまあ高いので2にしました。

スタッフの対応も親切でしたし、料理もとても美味しく、ゆったりと過ごす事ができました。 残念なのが、客室階のフロアに空調がないため、エレベーターを降りると毎回モワッとした暑さが気になりました。 あとは、大浴場と露天風呂の階が違った（最上階と1階）ので、露天風呂には入りに行きませんでした。

とても静かで清潔感のある素敵なお宿でした。 家族で利用しましたが、スタッフさんがとても感じがよかったです。 館内全体がとても良い匂いでそれも癒されました。 お風呂はシンプルですがとても広く、泉質もよかったです。 脚が悪い母が一緒だったので、車寄せがないのが少し残念でした。 お食事もとても美味しく、お部屋もおしゃれで清潔感抜群でとても快適なステイになりました。 ありがとうございました。
