"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きま したが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"

"Staff were really excellent - super helpful.
Location was a bit outside of the main city centre but the hotel runs free shuttles to/from the city centre on an hourly bases. There is car parking available for a fee.
Hotel and room looks a bit dated but has a great view of Sakurajima.
Onsen is smaller than what can be seen in the pictures - view of Sakurajima from the bath is unfortunately blocked for privacy reasons. "
