"The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lake and the City Bed and Breakfast. Suzana immediately made us very welcome and offered us a safe place to store our bikes. Our room was large and modern and very quiet. The breakfast the next day was excellent and we really enjoyed talking to Suzana and her husband. We would absolutely recommend this bed and breakfast and hope to return in the future."

"Was a nice sized unit. Lots of stairs. Came with an attached small one car garage. Beds comfy. Nice size kitchen with dishes and pots and pans. "

"OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold...

"Good location, lots of dining options and coffee close by. The room itself was dated and had that dated room smell. Kitchen was okay but lacking some essentials for cooking. There is a dollar store close by to buy what is missing. Air conditioner is extremely noisy and there are pipes popping/snapping throughout the night. Didn’t make for a great night’s sleep. Ensure you check your windows as there are no locks on the windows and they can easily be slid open from outside. The desk was able to...

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff made check simple and fast. Location is great close to the water and walking distance to restaurants. "

"Beautiful stay. Amazing view and very clean and well kept. A little dated in some areas but hardly worth mention. We did splurge to stay here though. Quite pricey. Probably can’t stay again. Too expensive. But nice stay"
