"Gorgeous room, great breakfast. When we checked in, we were surprised our room had only one bed. We were two friend travelling. Mother room was available. It was a bit stressful until the attendant finally told us there was a pullout couch. She did t seem happy about having to help us set it up. Would have been content to leave us with a room that did t suit our needs. Were used to hotels working hard to make things right. Breakfast was excellent. "

"It was very noisy early in the morning, their cleaning staff was talking too loud and moving stuff. Iron was not working properly and so does hairdryer. Air conditioning was not even on, we have asked them to switch on the air conditioning and they have told us to open the window "

The only downside was the room was facing the street where construction was going on. That was a bit of noise in the mornings and traffic. Otherwise, excellent. "

"It was more than just the amazing location but the staff and the decor made it an outstanding experience. Breakfast was spectacular. The location is close to everything and at the end of the Charles bridge. The staff go out of their way to make sure every need is met and question is fulfilled. If you have the chance to stay even one night, DO! This will always be our go to when we come back to Prague truly a fantastic stay. "

"Breakfast was basic but good. Location excellent. bed good 2 single beds joined which made it big. only downside was that we had 2 single quilts for covering at night and think were a bit small. another anecdote is that people from Czech Republic are not bubbly people in general ."
