"Chambre sale ! Mur de la chambre abîmé ! Ainsi que des pièces communes. L’hôtel pas niveau d’un 4 étoiles"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room and bathroom."

"Ottimo albergo"

"The rooms are cleaned every day but the rooms are not well maintained, the shower cabin has a lot of mold and dampness. The air-conditioned filter was full of dust as not cleaned in years. The mini fridge in the rooms was more like a cooler . Staff is not always welcoming and they have a weird policy that every time you leave the building the key of the room must be dropped at the reception which i find very odd. "L aria condizionata non faceva per niente freddo e i vetri della finestra in camera si aprono (forse) solo se la tapparella è completamente su, ingestibile."

We were very warmly welcomed and given a lovely room that although compact had everything we needed: an excellent bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, with easy walking distance from the main Turin train station. A wide variety of restaurants are nearby, too. The room was very quiet. We greatly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which offered a wonderful selection of delicious food and freshly...
