"This hotel was exactly what we needed and was a positive experience being the first place we stayed in Japan. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Easy to get to Akihabara station where we were able to get on trains for all over tokyo. "

"Pros: everything is clean from the room to the hallways, nice shower (looks new/well maintained), well located (close to subway and nice local restaurants/activities), affordable, private rooms available and easy to check in and out. Cons: flat mattress, room lacks hooks or space to put things, wall plug is dangerously near the sink/faucet (could do with more plugs, those by the bed don't work), walls are paper thin (could hear neighbors well and constantly worried if they can hear us too), no drinkable water available anywhere (sure, there's a plastic kettle if you wanna drink plastic water). Overall, the cons did not bother us, just for others to be aware. Thank you for the great stay!"
