This was the worst hotel experience of my life. AVOID!
My room was right outside the upstairs washer and dryer. Somebody was washing clothes until 4am and listening to loud videos. When I called the front desk they didn’t do anything to assist.
My bed was broken. The mattress was caved in the middle.
The shuttle service is a joke. The first driver told me he wouldn’t pick me up at the mall unless I went to the bus stop.
When it was time to pick me up, I put in the description that I was at the bus stop (like instructed). The driver ignored that and went to the terminal. So I ran back to the mall and found the shuttle just as it started to leave. The driver wouldn’t stop for me. I entered the vehicle while it was still moving because the driver wouldn’t stop for me.
